'''filebeam'''

Ok, this is not a reviewtool but our Parasol Filesharing Service. You can find a documentation here: [[Parasol OS/ Filebeam]]

https://beam.parasol-island.com/

Pro:

- Parasols own tool, feels "secure" to most clients

- Simple downloadlink or videoplayback in browser (no feedback tools though)

- for free

Con:

- rather slow and does not work well with large files (above 1GB is hard for beam)

- no review capabilites

- no versioning

'''Syncsketch'''

Syncsketch is a great review tool, not only for external but internal reviews. The main killer feature is the "Sync Session" feature, where you can simultaneously watch and review images and videos in full quality and framerate.

Pro:

- powerful review tool with all the tools you want (probably more)

- Sync Session mode (there is a presentation sync session mode, where users will only be able to view content, when the host is online, great for presentations)

- simple sendout

- no additional user cost if you send links to clients

- export feedback as pdf or multiple formats

Con:

-  if you want to give users access to all the history, you will have to pay for each account

- no folder structure, no versioning as we know it from frame.io
