Reviewtools
When it comes to reviewing media files (with your client), you can use a reviewtool instead of just a downloadlink. This is not only a great services for our clients put helps to organize feedback internally and speed up the process. Below, please find a collection of the tools we are using. Please feel free to ask for assistance, access, etc. and choose the one that works best for you.

Pro:
[edit]- Parasols own tool, feels "secure" to most clients
- Simple downloadlink or videoplayback in browser (no feedback tools though)
- for free
Con:
[edit]- rather slow in comparison and does not work well with very large files
- no review capabilites
- no versioning
Syncsketch
[edit]Syncsketch is a great review tool, not only for external but internal reviews. The main killer feature is the "Sync Session" feature, where you can simultaneously watch and review images and videos in full quality and framerate. Pro:

- Sync Session mode (there is a presentation sync session mode, where users will only be able to view content, when the host is online, great for presentations)
- simple sendout
- no additional user cost if you send links to clients
- export feedback as pdf or multiple formats
Con:
[edit]- if you want to give users access to all the history, you will have to pay for each account
- no folder structure, no versioning as we know it from frame.io
- interface is full of features, clients get lost sometimes, good for artists or tech-people
frame.io
[edit]Frame.io is probably the most famous review tool and has the most simply user interface. You can send review or presentation links (presentation has no comment features) https://frame.io/
Pro:
[edit]- simple interface, clients don't need any onboarding
- versioning and folders make organization easy
Con:
[edit]- if you want to give users access to all the history, you will have to pay for each account
- no live sessions like in syncsketch
