Datenbank aller im Mandanten erfassten Subscriber. Der Status markiert, ob diese global Aktiv sind. In den jeweiligen Listen kann der dort aufgeführte Subscriber einen anderen Staus (Subscribed/Unsubscribed/…) haben.

Subscribers / My Lists / *
Segmente der Subscriber aus „Subscribers / My Subscribers / All Subscribers“, z.B. aus einer bestimmten Quelle (Subscriber Form auf einer bestimmten Website o.Ä.).

„Active“ = Subscriber ist aktiv und kann angeschrieben werden.
„Unsubscribe“ = Subscriber ist nicht aktiv, z.B. weil er sich abgemeldet hat oder weil er die Opt-In Email nicht bestätigt hat.
„Undeliverable“ = Soft-Bounces (Bsp. Mailbox voll oder Server temporär nicht erreichbar)
„Returned“ = Hard-Bounces (Bsp. Mailbox/Email Adresse nicht mehr existent)

Ermitteln aller aktiven Subscriber

Subscribers / My Subscribers / All Subscribers / Search

Search where: „Subscriber Status“
Is equal to: „Active“

Ablauf

  1. Template Bausteine definieren;
  2. Sourcecode strukturieren;
  3. Design anlegen - Responsive/Desktop Design in Doppelter Größe anlegen - Slicing;
  4. Design im Code reproduzieren (Festen AP definieren);
  5. In Exacttarget übernehmen;
  6. Test in Litmus an Kunden;
  7. Kao Datenbank bei Bryan abfragen und importieren;
  8. Senden;

Bildformate

Bilder/Assets für Newsletter haben zwei Auflösungen, 580px Breite für Desktop Devices, 640px Breite für Mobile (Retina) Devices.

Import KAO Consumer Database

  1. Excel Dump von Brian anfordern.
  2. Als CSV exportieren.
  3. Neue Liste unter My Lists > ″{yymmdd} Import KAO Consumer Database″ anlegen.
  4. Als CSV mit Separator ";" importieren. Mapping: Email Address, Subscriber Key, First Name, Last Name
