Where do you come from, and where are you headed? I am originally from Ukraine, where I built my foundation as an aircraft radio electronics engineer. My journey took me through engineering for international trade fairs, working as a 3D artist on System Shock, and crafting graphical identities for brands like Nestlé. Now, I’m headed toward the frontier of Generative AI, where I want to turn complex technical workflows into seamless creative magic.
What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? I bring deep expertise in ComfyUI and AI pipeline architecture, rooted in an engineering mindset. I want to develop my talents by making it possible to create increasingly complex content using everything I know (and everything I will learn) to push the boundaries of high-end production alongside the team.
What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? Manual, repetitive, long-lasting tasks bore me to death. But only after I’ve solved them the first time. My goal is always to automate them immediately so I never have to do them a second time! Seeing a complex node-based workflow finally "click" and produce a perfect result is what really ramps up my adrenaline.
What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? An NVIDIA GPU that is actually able to connect to a MacBook again! On a deeper level, what moves me is seeing my family happy and settled in our new home here.
What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? My laptop is my command center. I’m also waiting for the day we have truly powerful LLMs on a smartwatch, it's the ultimate device for AI communication. As for applications: ComfyUI for creation, while Claude and Gemini are constantly in a high-stakes competition on my Mac to find the best solutions.
My "website" is a curated stream of HuggingFace, Reddit, GitHub, and X to keep up with the breakneck speed of AI. Offline, since everything is still quite new here, I spend my time with my wife and my two sons. Mostly balancing between exploring the local coffee shops and discovering every Kinderspielplatz in Düsseldorf.
What music are you enjoying at the moment? What are classics you would not want anyone to miss? Currently, Downtempo helps me stay in the zone while building pipelines. As for a classic nobody should miss: the Californication album by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed? I was born in Mönchengladbach and currently live in Willich. Now I would like to start my next journey and come to your island! My plan is to move to Düsseldorf in the course of the year.
I'm very good at not only looking at the big picture but also at small details. Furthermore I'm a very empathic person and find it important to always communicate with each other. I would like to develop myself further at Parasol Island by being open to everything and showing my strengths as well as facing my weaknesses.
What bores me a lot are monotonous tasks that are always repeated. I once worked at an asparagus farm and always had to peel asparagus, which was really boring. On the other hand, I love facing my fears and going beyond my limits. This year I did a skydive even though I'm terrified of heights. It was pure adrenaline - I can only recommend it!
To be honest, my current object of desire is a car. I'm saving up and would like to get my own car soon to be even more independent. What really moves me? - I can only say a successful experience and thinking about new projects and then starting them.
The smartphone is an indispensable gadget, because it allows us to stay connected and we have access to a lot of information. I especially noticed that while I was abroad in New Zealand, I always knew that I could call my family and friends. One application I can think of that always has a solution is Google Maps which has navigation and real-time traffic updates.
Honestly I only visit websites for the weather, for example "Regenradar" or to be updated I visit the website "Tagesschau". Offline I love to meet my friends and go out for a picnic or to play tennis, just to be active and outside.
I'm really enjoying the music from Coldplay at the moment. Especially the song "Viva la vida". Classics I wouldn't want anyone to miss are "Waterloo" from ABBA and also "We are the champions" from queen. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed? I come from the “real north” (north of Hamburg). At least that's what it says on the highway sign. I'm proud of it. I am in Berlin since 2022 and not planning to leave soon. Still haven't seen all of the city, always something new to explore.
I am passionate about good ideas and experienced in classic advertising. Got a good visual taste though. I would like to get more nerdy / deep into AI stuff. I want to be the person people ask for help anytime any day in the future ;)
Taxes bore me to death. Definitely. My adrenaline level is most high when my dog is trying to hunt some birds, cars or whatever he can find. ;) Job specific adrenaline: for good ideas and really huuuuuge clients. Pressure!
My current object is a project / an event called "The Future Is Now". It's a TEDx event in Berlin Mitte (October 18th, 2025) which I am currently releasing with some of my best friends. Among other things, I take care of the speakers' talks and the design, both online and offline.
I guess this one comes down to CHATTY – as I call it. For me it's a "she" though.
Depends on the time of the day. I switch between research, newspages, Chat-GPT and Netflix. I meet my friends and family offline. Also my dog is never online ;) Together with friends we head out of the city to the lakes or the sea. (I like to visit galleries, restaurants and cinema as everyone I guess...)
In summer I like Italian classics... together with some wine and good company. I like a lot of different stuff such as Lola Young, Zarti, Loyle Carner, but also classics such as Max Herre, Bonaparte, Trettmann or whatever. I am always open to new music. But I am definitely not a Swiftie... ;) |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
I come from Brazil, live in Germany and want to cook for Parasol Island in the future. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? I bring all my experience of more than 15 years as a cook and maybe in the future I can also show my skills as a photographer. I would like to develop my talents by exchanging information and experiences with the team, putting my creativity into practice. What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? Monotony bores me and challenges get my adrenaline pumping. What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? My current object of desire is a new coffee machine and what drives me is the desire for a better life. What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? My cell phone is almost indispensable, and the app that helps me a lot is DeepL. What website do you visit frequently? Whom do you meet offline? I often visit Youtube. I like to spend a lot of time with my wife and meet up with my friends in the same way. What music are you enjoying at the moment? What are classics you would not want anyone to miss? I love punk rock and hardcore and still listen to the same music I did 20 years ago: The Ramones are a timeless classic for me! |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed? I’ve worked in animation for the past few years, primarily with feature films, which has been an amazing journey. Now, I’m really excited to transition into the world of advertising! I am glad to still be part of the animation world and I’m looking forward to learning even more about it.
My skills lie in supporting the production of high-quality 2D and 3D animation. I also have a passion for visual effects, which is why I’m excited to develop even more skills in VFX. I don’t have an object of desire, but what really moves me is travelling the world and discovering inspiring films or books. I always have a list of must-watch films and one of must-read books that I keep adding to on my phone! My tablet is indispensable for me to watch movies and read the books from my lists. When I am in need of a solution, I seek out Pinterest or YouTube, as they always seem to have a quick answer on how to solve any problem. If it counts as a “website,” I would say I frequently visit Instagram and YouTube. But I rather like to spend my social life offline with my friends, doing sports, exploring flea markets, or having cooking evenings together. I love listening to EDM and techno, and going to festivals in the summer. However, my Spotify “2025 wrap up” would probably disagree, as it said my musical age is 67 because of too many old songs I’ve been listening to. (I assume that has something to do with the high amount of Hitster I played with my friends last year :D) |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
Born & raised on the left side of the river Rhine in that beautiful village Düsseldorf I started my career in advertising at GREY where I stayed for almost 14 incredible years. From apprentice to Group Head producer I made all steps through the TV department. The last 10 years I spent at a production house called Laterna Magica as an Executive Producer where I ran the Düsseldorfer office.
With more than 2 decades of experience both on the agency and production side and numerous shoots and productions I served multiple creatives and clients and led production teams of all sizes. As a TV & Film producer, I learned that there is always a (good) solution for any problem and always an answer to any question.
I think I'm a very balanced person with no or little peaks in both directions - thanks to my wife who is a part-time yoga teacher. Breathe in, breathe out. If there is one thing that drives my adrenaline level these days... with a tennis addicted daughter experiencing a tight set in one of her matches, this is definitely a booster for my blood pressure.
Center Court tickets for a day at the Australian Open in the beginning of the year would really be something out of this world.
The questions to be answered are so varied that a single app would not suffice. But armed with a MacBook and a smartphone, I know how to find solutions to most of the issues I'm facing. Definitely one thing I learned being a producer.
A bit of this, a bit of that... news, gossip, updates... whatever comes my way and feels interesting will get my attention. My offline pack consists of my wife, my daughter and our little Jack Russel dog Murphy. Those are the people I meet the most offline. But I love to enjoy a good glass of wine in good company.
Spending weekends over weekends in clubs of the late 90's/early 00's and even ending up DJ-ing there, the music that shaped me was any kind of electronic. Although my musical horizon was always much wider, I still find myself returning to the beats and vibes from that time for every occasion... joyriding, taking the dog out for a walk, work-out... If I would be asked for my personal best three albums ever written, it would be DAFT PUNK's "Homework", THE STREETS' "Original Pirate Material" & RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE debut album. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed? I hail from the land of Sicily, where the sun kisses the sea and the cannoli are to die for. Where I'm headed? I'm on a mission to animate the world in 3D, one pixel at a time. What really moves me is the incredible journey of watching my children grow and develop. There's something profoundly moving about witnessing a human being evolve from scratch, it's a daily reminder of the beauty of life and the endless potential within each of us. Of course, Google always helps me to better use my tools (or to buy new ones). |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
Hi, my name is Duncan Büsch. I was born in Düsseldorf, but my parents decided to move to the small town of Jüchen, where I have been living for the past 20 years.
I would say that the most important skills I have are my ambition and my empathy. My goal is to take these skills to a new level through Parasol. I would like to develop them further by having the opportunity to work in areas where I learn many new skills, but also where I encounter honor and compassion. What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? There's not that much, but I get bored of unnecessary lectures on things that are self-explanatory. There is a simple solution to the question of how I get my adrenaline pumping: Basketball. Every important game I had back then got my adrenaline pumping and my heart pounding. I can say that I enjoy competition and overcoming challenges. What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? At the moment I don't really have a specific object of desire. It's more of a status that I would like to achieve at some point. My biggest motivation is my son Lian and I want to be able to guarantee a good standard of living for him and my family. What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? Probably the coolest gadget I own is my computer. I can use it to relax and play a game with my friends in the evening, but I can also work quickly on projects. ChatGPT is probably the application I come back to when I really don't know what to do. Or if I'm unhappy with some of the things I write, I use ChatGPT to see how it might be better. What website do you visit frequently? Whom do you meet offline? The last website I visited was YouTube to watch Urs Kalecinski's training video. Most of the time, I'm busy with my son. When I meet up with friends I meet up with people I've known almost all my life. What music are you enjoying at the moment? What are classics you would not want anyone to miss? I actually listen to all kinds of music, depending on my mood. From Kendrick Lamar to Adele. A real classic sound that will always be in my playlists is "Set fire to the rain". |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
I come from the dark side of Germany and I made it "rüber". And who knows - maybe someday I'll return there as a self-made man.
I bring a rather creative eye with me. Otherwise I always try to be friendly and sincere. I believe these skills need constant work. I expect the same from the talents in my team. Professional skills are important. How we treat each other is even more important.
I have a thick skin. I don't get bored easily. If a big fish is on the line, I get excited.
Family and home
My hands and my eyers are my most important gadgets. Without Youtube DIY tutorials, I'd be lost.
I try to stay away from screens in my free time, which I fail at miserably. Offline, I meet up with friends. Naturally.
Currently, I listen to more podcasts than music. Mostly about science. I really enjoy "Geschichten aus der Geschichte" and I also like entertainment like "Baywatch Berlin". The list of my classics is too long to be listed here. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
I'm studying communication and PR in a dual program. I've been working as a PA in film production for two years, and I'm hoping to keep learning and growing in media and storytelling. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? I'm comfortable with the chaos of a set and finding quick solutions through my experience in filming documentaries. I'd love to develop my project management skills and learn more about the creative side of media. What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? I get bored when everything is too predictable and stuck in routine. But when every day brings something new to tackle, it gives me an adrenaline kick and keeps me motivated! What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? Right now, I'm working on finding my own voice. What moves me is connecting with others - whether through a good story or a shared experience. What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? My phone - I'm always using it for quick notes, schedules, and staying in touch. And for organizing my life, I rely on my iCal; it keeps me on track with school, work, and everything in between. What website do you visit frequently? Whom do you meet offline? I'm often on Pinterest, gathering ideas and inspiration. Offline I meet up with friends and dance whenever I get the chance - it's my main way to unwind. What music are you enjoying at the moment? What are classics you would not want anyone to miss? Right now, I'm into afrobeats for energy. But HipHop and RnB is my true love. Classics I love? Mockingbird by Eminem. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
I’ve always been a very visual person – first it was fashion, then photography, and eventually I landed in film. Where I’m headed? Honestly, I don’t know yet. I’ve never been someone with a big master plan; I just follow what feels right at the moment. My only real goal is to never lose the joy in what I do. That’s what drives me. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? A good eye for aesthetics I would say but when something really sparks my interest, I tend to dive in deep and don’t let go. Right now, that “something” is film – and I’m fascinated by almost every part of it. That’s why I’m excited to be part of a company setup for the first time and get to know the ins and outs of production from within. It’s a welcome shift from being the freelancer who gets booked at the very end of the chain. What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? When things stay the same for too long – that’s when I start yawning. Adrenaline kicks in when I’m at a new Dirtpark with my bike, staring down a jump for the first time, trying to guess whether I’ve got enough speed – or if I’m about to eat dirt. What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? Definitely a proper espresso machine – that’s the dream. But it’s not the caffeine that keeps me going. It’s the fun. If I enjoy something, that’s all the motivation I need. What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? My noise-cancelling headphones, no doubt. Whether it's a screaming toddler on the train or Sabble Sabine in the coworking space – they’ve saved me more than once. And when it comes to solutions: ChatGPT is often faster than asking your parents. What website do you visit frequently? Whom do you meet offline? YouTube is constantly open on my screen. I don’t think there’s any site I spend more time on. As a freelancer over the past three years, I had plenty of time for coffee dates with friends. That’s about to change – which is why I really need that espresso machine at home. What music are you enjoying at the moment? What are classics you would not want anyone to miss? My music taste changes with the day. One minute it’s Ed Sheeran, the next it’s hard techno, and when I’m reading, I go for cinematic scores – 2WEI is a favorite. But lyrically? The songs by Schmyt are top-tier for me. Definitely modern classics in my book. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed? I grew up in a small town (countryside) and ever since I was little I decided to dream big and create something meaningful for my life. So today I follow my passion and continue whichever path life holds for me. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? I want to keep developing my strengths, especially in production topics and cross-team collaboration, and I’m excited to take on new challenges to grow professionally. Competing on the World championship stage in Florida is clearly an adrenaline boost! Seeing an old couple holding hands or talking about their favorite memories/loved ones gets me emotional. The app that always offers a solution for me is my notes app: every idea, task, or reminder goes in there and helps me to clear my thoughts. My family’s dogs & animals at home. Classics that should not be missed: Bohemian Rhapsody — Queen / Hotel California — Eagles / Purple Rain — Prince / Sweet Caroline - Neil Diamond |

I'd love to deepen my knowledge in creative production while learning from and with others and to grow beyond my current skill set. What ramps up my adrenaline level: hosting live on stage, the minutes before starting a marathon and waiting for my friends reactions when I've cooked something What really moves me: Seeing people cry out of happiness Offline, I mostly spend time with my friends and family. Where do you come from, and where are you headed? Born in Marl, I grew up in idyllic Dorsten. I turned my hobby into my profession. During my professional career as a 2D, 3D and visual artist, I moved to Schleswig-Holstein for several years and then to Lower Saxony for a few more years. I spent 20+ years freelancing in all these areas and worked on countless projects, which eventually brought me back home to the Ruhr area. After several years as a freelancer, including Parasol Island, I have now been a "permanent" part of this company for several years and hope that this will continue for even longer. Because I've already had enough changes of scenery ;)
What's the best way to develop your talents? Through the projects, of course, preferably the ones that challenge you. Even though I've had plenty of them in my 30+ years in the games-, animation feature- and advertising-industry, there's always a project that challenges you in a new way. Even if it's just debugging errors in the tools you deal with on a daily basis. Because even this is a talent that needs to develop.
Doing nothing is something I find very difficult and simply bores me to death. Anyone who knows me knows that when the project comes to an end, I'm already calling for the next one. Doing new things, especially things I've never done before in my field of work. Fortunately, there are always new tools that want to be explored and used. And yes, even after several years, being back on a skateboard and teaching your own children this adrenaline-charged sport. These are definitely a few things that still get my adrenaline pumping. My Retro Collection, my renewed activity in the demoscene and Pixel Art. Oh, that was three cravings, but let's sum it up. One piece, a collective work of things I grew up with as a teenager. My family. My Smartphone and Google. Facebook, Youtube, Google, Discord, Slack, clever-tanken.de, WhatsApp, Playstation Store, Steam, Pinterest. Offline life? That must be an old forgotten relic ;) If so, it's probably my family and friends. I listen to quite a lot, but it always depends on the mood I want to put myself in or the mood I'm in at the time. In general, though, it's metal, punk, alternative, rap (80s), drum & bass and movie soundtracks. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
I was born in Düsseldorf and have just finished my studies with lots of questions in my head and a desire for creative processes. My next step is taking me to Parasol Island with the aim of learning, contributing ideas, and finding out where good concepts originate. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? I am curious, eager to learn, and have a slight tendency toward perfectionism, in the best sense of the word ;) I like to ask questions because I really want to understand things. I am not only interested in the finished result, but also in the process of getting there. Experiencing creative processes live makes all the difference to me. What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? Endless discussions without any results bore me. I recharge my batteries when I go running, when my thoughts become clearer and everything else becomes less important for a while. What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? Right now, I'm dreaming of a trip to South Africa. What drives me is my own standards and finding the right balance between ambition and lightheartedness. What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? I don't leave the house without my headphones. They keep me going throughout the day. And I'd be pretty lost without ChatGPT. Since I started using it, I've been keeping my Google tab closed way more often. What website do you visit frequently? Whom do you meet offline? For personal inspiration, I like to check out Pinterest, especially when it comes to fashion or interior design. Offline, I get together with friends for coffee and cards and on weekends, you might find us later at Hotel Hotel. What music are you enjoying at the moment? What are classics you would not want anyone to miss? I'm currently listening to a lot of house music, but songs you can sing along to are still a must. And when it comes to classics, I always go for ABBA. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
Originally from Mönchengladbach, soon hopefully back in Cologne. Long-term dream: Sicily. Sun, sea and pasta. You get the vibe. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? I bring a mix of structure, solid communication, empathy and a surprising love for to-do lists. And I will hopefully continue to develop my tech skills including coding. What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? Death by pointless meetings is real. On the flip side, the countdown to a GoLive? Peak adrenaline. What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? Object of desire: A cozy flat in Cologne - preferably Belgisches Viertel or Ehrenfeld. Got leads? Let's talk A️nd what moves me? My pilates instructor. Literally. Muscles I didn't even know existed. What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? Airpods, not a day without them. As for apps - not technically an app but honestly? My mom. Somehow always has the answer. What website do you visit frequently? Whom do you meet offline? t3n is my go-to for tech-y inspiration. Offline it's family, friends and anyone who appreciates good conversation (and good coffee). What music are you enjoying at the moment? What are classics you would not want anyone to miss? Currently listening to German hip-hop and a lot of techno. But I'll never say no to a classic like Dreams by Fleetwood Mac. Timeless. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
I'm originally from "Schwabenländle" and now I've been living in Berlin for 10 years. I studied Media Design and worked at MetaDesign for over 8 years. After that, I did a bit of marketing management before landing at Parasol Island. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? I bring a calm attitude and a positive mindset. I believe life is more like a marathon than a sprint. I'm always eager to learn new things and want to get better physically and mentally.
I get bored when I'm not doing anything. But I love sports because they really get my heart racing!
Right now, I'm really looking forward to my next surf trip. The idea of exploring new waves gets me really excited!
I can't live without my AirPods. And when I need answers, I always turn to Google.;)
I'm often on YouTube, watching videos of my favorite sports stars. And offline, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
I'm into Hip Hop, RnB, and Pop right now. And everyone should definitely listen to "Changes" by 2 Pac! |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed? I was born and grew up in the "highly catholic" Kevelaer. So, when it's dark my halo sometimes shines :-) At the age of 24 I was ready to move on to new shores. I was professionally drawn to the "BIG city" Düsseldorf. However, I ended up living on the other side of the Rhine, Neuss. I've been enjoying it so much ever since, that I'm still there.

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
My beginnings in the world of production and post-production started in 2019 at Rabbicorn Films, at which point I was able to spend a lot of time in Düsseldorf. My home base is Hamburg, where I most recently spent two years as a post-producer and project manager for WPP. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? I have strong organizational skills and am naturally willing to go the extra mile to ensure that a high-quality product is delivered at the end of the day. How would I like to strengthen my talent? Even in this age of AI, with its daily new challenges and opportunities, I would like to make it easier to acquire new skills. What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? Easy fixes are often nice to have, but getting to exact that tricky task pushes me and I like to understand why specific things are no easy fixes. There’re never problems, only solutions. What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? I’m not really a material ‘pal but my absolute object of desire is GTA VI .. undeniable epic, will spend my holidays with that I guess. More than that I’m a huge fan of spending my time outdoors and having that time is luxurious to me and that really moves me. What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? For me its definitely both Cyberduck, working with multiple clients- and agencies ftp servers can sometimes be shambolic and Cyberduck is an easy fix. What website do you visit frequently? Whom do you meet offline? I start my day on the train ride etc. with Horizont.net .. it’s always fun to see who did what .. or who didn’t and what’s currently going on in the commercial industry. What I rather do offline is checking spots that are new .. I don’t subscribe to newsletters showing me new places, I rather find them on my own. What music are you enjoying at the moment? What are classics you would not want anyone to miss? Top tier: funk and disco … I might have been born in the seventies. But I also do enjoy me a good Aaliyah and Neptunes Don’t miss: "Always on Time" by Ja Rule, "what goes around comes around” by Justin Timberlake and "everybody loves the sunshine” by Roy Ayers. |

German potato born and raised in Grevenbroich, living in Düsseldorf. Every person from my hometown is always proud as fuck, that they live/lived in the city, where Hort Schlämmer is coming from... you can decide if this is a flex or not.
I guess I am fun - let's find out together lol Waiting... Even though I always have to wait for my friends/family, I haven't got used to it and it booores me. Positive adrenaline: A really good cliffhanger Negative adrenaline: unpunctuality Object of desire: A balcony (which I'm currently missing). And I love good and honest books. Recommendation for a good cry: A little life by Hanya Yanagihara. I can't live without my AirPods. I enjoy the noise cancelling when I am not listening to music. ChatGPT always has an answer - a real savior when you need food for thought. Guilty - it's my TikTok FY-page. But I swear I have a funny algorithm. I could write a thesis about Beyoncé's impact in the music industry, so I guess you know my answer. But I am also a big 60's 70's fan and Kendrick is always part of my Spotify-wrapped. All time favorite song is for sure Vienna by Billy Joel. As you see, there is a good mix and match. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?Born in Düsseldorf, I was transitioning from an unsuccessful attempt at studying computer science to becoming the nerdiest media designer out there.
While video editing is my daily bread and butter, I love to learn new skills across the entire post-production process. From motion design to sound design, compositing to color grading, I'm definitely no expert (yet), but I aspire to master all of them one day. There is just one exception: I hate the Z-axis, so I am not into 3D programs.
Ironically, I hate writing text. I take too much time to be structured enough so my counterpart will understand what I wanted to say. But learning new skills, automating everything and editing with exciting music definitely get my heart racing in an unhealthy way.
I think my main desire is to be happy and have fun, and do this with friends an colleagues.
Definitely my trusty headphones. Whether editing on train rides, collecting new music or just switching off my brain - with these bad boys I'm always settled. For all videos, I always know that my friend DaVinci Resolve has the solution.
Youtube, Instagram and Reddit. But i desperately try to reduce my time on those... I am very lucky that my childhood friend group is still very intact. So we meet regularly and also go on beautiful trips.
I am ADDICTED to the music from Kiltro. Try out "Errasuriz" and "Mi Capitán". |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
Unfortunately, I was born right next to Düsseldorf, in Krefeld ;). I studied Business Psychology in Wiesbaden but didn’t feel like finishing it. Now I want to start this new journey with more practical relevance. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? At this stage it is still difficult for me to fully assess my own strengths, which is one of the reasons I chose to pursue this apprenticeship. Creativity has always come naturally to me, especially when it comes to developing ideas, telling stories and visualizing concepts. I adapt quickly to new situations and environments, and I am good at dealing with people, even in difficult situations, because I am empathetic and able to put myself in other people’s shoes. What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? I'm usually bored by one-sided tasks where you do the same thing all the time and that only allow little interaction with people. On the other hand, I find challenging, creative tasks, especially teamwork, really exciting. What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? In fact, what I really want right now is a cute little apartment in Düsseldorf, but that's not turning out to be all that easy. My motivation behind this is, of course, my apprenticeship and the fact that I want to build a life around it in Düsseldorf. What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? I don’t want to be boring, but there’s no extraordinary gadget in my life – so I guess I’d have to go with my iPad. It has a keyboard, so I can use it for work, it’s highly portable, you can draw on it, and I get to watch my favourite shows on it. When it comes to apps, I’d like to differentiate a bit: If I need inspiration, I definitely go to Pinterest. If I need a tutorial, YouTube is my first stop. For an honest opinion, I turn to Google. And if I need a quick answer or a little help with grammar ;) I kindly ask Chat GPT. What website do you visit frequently? Whom do you meet offline? My guilty pleasure is trash TV, so my most-used website is probably RTL+, since they upload more than three new episodes of shows every week. Offline, I meet up with friends, and then we talk about everything that’s currently happening in the trash TV universe :D What music are you enjoying at the moment? What are classics you would not want anyone to miss? I've just rediscovered Amy Winehouse because I recently saw the film based on her biography. I think "Fuck Me Pumps" is an underrated classic of hers. Otherwise, I'm a huge Jorja Smith and Justin Bieber Fan :)) |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
I spent a year at a startup called Wholey. They produce natural, vegan, and refined sugar-free cereals, granolas, and smoothie bowls—a delicious chapter filled with fun, new experiences and new perspectives. Now, I'm heading to Parasol, where I want to focus more on creation, campaigns, and my big passion for storytelling and moving images. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? I love diving deep into brand cultures, flipping perspectives, and crafting messages with emotion, relevance, and impact. I'm a creative wild child, constantly drawing inspiration from multidisciplinary fields, always curious, always alert. My greatest strengths? A sharp instinct and my let’s-make-shit-happen attitude. What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? Overthinking and endless uncertainties bore me to death. Passion, determination, and spontaneity in the face of the unexpected get my adrenaline pumping. What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? Drinking my first coffee in the morning from a hand-crafted mug made by my daughter. Fresh flowers—an absolute must in our home. I have a soft heart and a deep sensitivity to my surroundings—often, it's the smallest gestures and moments that move me the most and could make me burst in tears -literally! What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? A homemade inhaler stick with cinnamon and eucalyptus—crafted by my husband for that little dopamine kick. TikTok and ChatGPT are at the moment my go-to search engines for just about everything. What website do you visit frequently? Whom do you meet offline? Various Interior design platforms—we're currently planning on building a room within a room. Offline? As much as possible—I love meeting friends and enjoying life beyond the screen. What music are you enjoying at the moment? What are classics you would not want anyone to miss? Currently loving Kiefer, Ivy Lab, and Snoh Aalegra—always good vibes, always soothing. My all-time classics range from 70s Punk to 90s Hip-Hop to 2000s R’n’B, plus timeless Jazz Legends from the 50s,60s and 70s. |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
I studied film with a focus on postproduction, worked as an editor, and co-founded a small production company. Now, I'm focusing fully on postproducing and developing my career in that direction. What skills would you bring to the company? How would you want to develop your talents? With a background in editing and strong organizational abilities, I’ve developed a good sense for structure and timing in postproduction. I’m now eager to grow further by gaining practical experience in producing and learning from a skilled team. What bores you to death and what ramps up your adrenaline level? I get bored when there’s no development—doing the same thing repeatedly or getting stuck in endless discussions. What really energizes me is the push that comes from creative challenges and solving problems. What’s your current object of desire, and what really moves you? What I really want at the moment is to be part of a great team and to work on creative projects that keep evolving. I’m most inspired when my work is diverse and full of new challenges. What gadget is indispensable and which application always has a solution? A notebook for my to-do lists is essential. ChatGPT always helps me find solutions whenever I need them. What website do you visit frequently? Whom do you meet offline? I often browse Pinterest to find new ideas and inspiration. In real life, I enjoy meeting up with my family and friends.

Where do you come from, and where are you headed?
I come from all over the place – mentally and on the map. I’m heading toward a place where I can weave together all the wild impressions and chaotic thoughts I’ve gathered along the way into meaningful ideas. I bring humor, a deep interest in society and politics, and a perfectionistic urge to always shape the bigger picture of a creative idea. I want to become less of an overthinker and more of a just-doer – professionally and personally. I’m bored to death by the train ride between Cologne and Düsseldorf, pro arguments for nuclear power plants, and bad headline campaigns that could easily be good ones. What ramps up my adrenaline: cold plunging in nature, sun, squirrels. And the comment section of WELT articles. Jacob Elordi. And the perfect pyjama, which I’ve been searching for for years but have highly overthought – resulting in not even owning a mid-level one. What moves me: seeing my childhood friends become adults Hot glue gun and gaffa tape. ChatGPT & Instagram. Offline I visit my friends’ dogs. I have the worst taste in music – neither cool nor indie, just random. Best classics: You Can’t Hurry Love – Phil Collins Clueso – Gewinner (not a classic by definition) Herbert Grönemeyer – Der Weg |

Where do you come from, and where are you headed? Auf Kohle geboren“, as we Pottkids like to say. From Gladbeck to Essen via New Zealand and New York now back to Bochum. 🤘 Headed out into the world, exploring – and hopefully back to New Zealand at some point.

From Cologne to Düsseldorf!
A good design foundation – and I’m also good at telling bad jokes :P Learning by doing works best for me. Give me a task, and I’ll grow with it.
Politics – it’s a topic you’re fed up with, but can’t really ignore.
An SUV - right now I‘m moving around on public transport ;)
I think it‘s pretty boring, my smartphone (I wish it were a jetpack or a laser sword) and the app with a solution ready would be Chatgpt
Pinterest – still one of the sites I check regularly 90% of my family.
It always depends on my mood and the situation
