For Calibration of DELL2711 or other screens use i1 Profiler as Software(X:\Media\Software\__VFX__Compilation) and X-rite as measurement tool.

-Install i1 Profiler and plug X - rite into a USB port

-Run i1 Profiler

-Set 'Benutzermodus' to 'Erweitert'

-Go to 'Monitor' and click 'Profilieren'

-Select your screen that needs to be measured

-You can change brigthness under 'Leuchtdichte' default setting is 120cd/m²

-For Cg Workflow ColorSpace: sRGB and Brightness: 80-120 cd/m² is highly recommanded!

-continue by clicking 'weiter'

-Change ICC Profilversion to 'Version 2' to avoid problems with windows(espacially windows picture viewer)

-Here you can change also change gammacurve by adjusting 'Tonwertkurve', if you want to change your gamma to REC709 gamma. For sRGB measurement leave it to default.

-Change 'Größe Messfeldsatz' to 'Groß' for best results

-now start measurement 'Messung starten'

-it is necessary to move your mouse during the measurement otherwise it can happen that screensaver mode can disturb the process and it will dissapear without any resutl!

-after measurement save your profile
